Questions we often get
How is this different from a taxi?
A private hire driver (VTC in France) can’t pick people up in the street: you always book in advance, it’s the law. In return, the fare is fixed when you book. No meter running in traffic.
My flight lands in the evening. Does that change the fare?
From 19:00, it’s €10 more on the trip, whatever the route. The calculator at the top of the page includes it as soon as you change the time.
There are 6 of us with suitcases. Will we fit?
Yes, in the van: up to 8 passengers and 8 suitcases. Choose “Van” in the calculator. Surfboards, bikes and pushchairs go in the van too.
Do you have child seats?
Baby seat and booster provided at no extra cost. Tell us the age on the phone.

Do you serve both airports?
